Language scripts not using hyphenation

Hi,

Jun Nogata is currently taking care of this bug:
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=143422
which is related to Japanese,
but there is also this bug for other languages
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=146084

If your language is not using hyphenation at all and is not on the list
mentioned in the latter bug, please add it to the issue or let me know,
I'll add it.
