Yes thank you, I found the keys, but I tried to eliminate the white lines
using them and the way I did it did not work. I tried to type ^$^$ and
replace it with ^$, but it gave an error.Carla

For future find & replace, this extension will make your life a little
easier:

After you install, you'll get a green binocular icon - click that. Under
'Search for:' & just to the right of 'Regular', click the grey box. That
with turn into a dropdown box & offer a selection of some of the most
common Regular Expressions, including "Empty Paragraph ^$" exactly as
Andreas instructed. Click on that & you'll see that the 'Regular
Expressions' is automatically checked for you.
