I cannot comment on things that are online, but I believe that you can automate LibreOffice using Python; even though I have never done it. Well I guess I don't remember if I've done it or not and done a lot of things I don't remember just a long time ago. Most of the automation I have done is been in basic.

Hello.  I am not into this kind of stuff, but you can google a bit.  I think you should use csv (you can convert json into csv online) and then import and export spreadsheet using calc and base to select and manipulate.

I think python has this feature also.
