#32583 Hebrew language pack not usable because of wrong folder

Hi guys,

Netanel has reported an issue about the Hebrew language packs aren't
useable.
The solution is simple, but I'd like to make sure it goes into the final
version (as the next RC was already tagged).

What is the process to make this issue a release blocker? Any thoughts about
this ?
