A localization bug

In LO3.3RC1 the "LibreOffice Credits..." command in the Help menu is
unlocalized, although it is localized in the latest po file
(Slovenian, for example). Either the string is hardcoded or the _C was
made an accelerator in the last minute (the localization strings do
not have an accelerator).

Also, I might add, the CREDITS.odt that opens after pressing this
command seems ugly and unappropriate, amateurish in design, the
graphics floats over the text etc. How do you expect us to localize
this?

Not to mention the licensing command text.

Can you please file a bug for each problem? I'm not sure that your
mail got enough attention.
