about libreoffice developers support for users

hi.
i have a question.
if someone has a problem which cant resolve it without any help,
do the libreoffice developers help him-her via remote support?
the programs like teamviewer i mean.
or is there any feature for remote support in libreoffice which we install?
i waite for the response specially from developers and programmers of
this great program.

No, remote support is not available, at least from volunteers. It might
be available for enterprise deployments, based on a contract, but not
for individual users.
