Accesing local silverstripe admin

I have been away for a long while. I've created a new username to
access Turkis-tr websites panel from:
https://user.documentfoundation.org/create?skin=bootstrap

my username is kobzeci

Could you please re-authorize me to login as admin role of tr.libreffice.org
