Hello!

I'd like to have the option of English language added to my LibreOffice.
I'm fom Brazil, so the language here is Portuguese, but as I work as an
English teacher, i'd like to have this feature also.
Is that possible? How do I do it?

What do you mean by English language: the menus and dialog windows or
the spell checkers? In any case, you should ask your question on the
pt-br Ask site here
http://ask.libreoffice.org/pt-br/questions/
because you're on the list of the teams who translate UI and help of
LibreOffice in their language.

If I am understanding he wants to be able to have English installed and
switch between the two.

Still that doesn't mean anything, you may want to have your document
benefit of English linguistic tools but remain with UI in pt-br, or you
may want to have both, or only have the UI. The way to proceed is not
the same.
