Add website project in Pootle

Hi

This Monday I asked for the creation of a Swedish website on the website mailing list
http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/website/msg07374.html

Could someone please add Swedish to the website project in Pootle, so we can start
translating those parts while waiting for the website to be created.
