Adding a new language [Luxembourgish]

Hello,

I would like to know if someone is already doing the Luxembourgish translation. How can I add Luxembourgish to the "Pootle server" and create a team? I thank you in advance.

Hello,

Was OpenOffice.org translated to Luxembourgish? I don't see it in the
source, that's why I'm asking. Maybe it was done externally. If you
don't have previous translation, then you have to translate all from
scratch which is a huge task...
