Adding Frisian to 6.1 builds

Hello,

LibreOffice Master is 100% translated into the Frisian language.
It would be great if it's included in the 6.1 builds.

Hope that it gives a better view on translation errors that may be there.

Hi,

Could we also add Turkish to the daily builds if possible? (I had also opened an issue about it on redmine: https://redmine.documentfoundation.org/issues/2614)
