Addition of some projects for Assamese

Hi,

I would like to translate LibreOffice 3.3x - Libo specific strings only, LibreOffice 3.4x - Help and Terminology into Assamese [as]. It would be helpful if someone could bootstrap these projects for Assamese.

Hi,

Done. Your terminology project is empty. You can upload anything you
wish. See other projects, not everybody is using the same template file
for terminology.
