What do I need to do to get rights to start translating the Romanian
website ?

You need to post on the website list and ask for the rights. Everything is explained here:

and please add also the contacts for your teams in the contact table here, it will be easier to inform you of PR or site changes:

I'm not sure where to request that, it doesn't say.
However, I registered using the link given there with the same email
address I have here so I'd like me and Cătălin (involved in this thread)
to have administrative rights on ro.libreoffice.org.

If I forget something, you can add it, it's a wiki :slight_smile: For things concerning the website, you need to post on the website list. Even if I know that Christian and Erich monitor this list, you'll get more chance to be seen on the website list.
