[ANNOUNCE] string changes in LibreOffice 3.6

Hi,

Today a string ID changed the stable libreoffice-3-6
branch. It was due to a bugfix/enhancement, see
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=53520
[PACKAGING] Brazilian spell-check pt-BR named as pt-PT

The changed string ID is in scp2/source/ooo.po

I updated translations in git, because en-US strings did not change,
only the IDs are different. You may want to update your translations
though. It is for 3.6.3, you need not hurry.

Please find new POT files and new SDF at
http://dev-www.libreoffice.org/l10n/.
I'm updating Pootle now.
