[ANNOUNCEMENT] LibreOffice 3.5 translations

Hi,

Some of you have already noticed that LibreOffice 3.5 strings have
been uploaded to Pootle. I migrated 3.4 translations and I did not
only a simple pomigrate2 but I applied a few code changes that did not
affect the translated text but lowered your fuzzy/new word count
significatly. I'll publish the script later today, it's on my other
computer. I will put the current en-US SDF file and pot files online,
too.

New feature is the KeyID comment. KeyIDs will help to find strings
seen on the user inteface in Pootle. You can search for them in
Pootle, use the Search field and check Comments checkbox. LibreOffice
3.5 betas will contain the KeyIDs in front of English UI elements.

Also please note that LibreOffice 3.5 is a moving target. There can be
string changes until it freezes in December. I'll update Pootle
regularly, and I'll export translations to git regularly as well.

I migrated 3.4 translations to 3.5 yesterday. Now strings for both
versions are in Pootle, so I don't think it is possible to
automatically migrate translations from 3.4 to 3.5, because
translators can edit both in Pootle. But any team can decide to finish
3.4 translations first and not to touch 3.5 until then. I can help in
migration later.

It was very specific to LibreOffice 3.4 -> 3.5 migration, for example
I replaced image paths in help files. (see
http://ftp.fsf.hu/LibreOffice/migrate_3_4.sh)

Yes, you can download them from Pootle (Review tab, ZIP) or you can
download the English POT templates from
http://ftp.fsf.hu/LibreOffice/latest-POT/

It seems unusual for Khmer, I could not find the ZIP to download.

I follow the guide but not success. I got like this with Khmer:

Localization.

Is 19th of December? Or is it only the String Freeze for changes in the strings?

The "exact deadline" is always 2 days before tagging for release.
We'll have many beta and rc releases until we reach 3.5.0, and then
translators can update their translations for 3.5.x bugfix releases.
19th of December is the string freeze date, after that source English
strings will not change (in theory).
