Annoying error message in Windows 10 (see attached)

to what are you referring?.

          if you attached something, this list does not accept so it would
have been deleted,
             (please re-send with a link to wherever you upload whatever);
          if you are referring to the erroneous WIN10, this list is for LO
not versions of WIN,
             (there supposedly is a way to delete WIN10 & return to a
previous version -
             but whether or not that is successful is questionable)
