commands.src RID_INT_FROMX_HELP string.text should be "Integral Subscript Bottom", not "Integral Subscript Top"

With the amount of different error reports on these tooltips (on this and
maybe other mailing lists) I suggest you file a bug and ask other who have
reported errors in this area of UI to add their findings to the bug.

Unless Andras or others has already started to fix the reported errors ...

"Minor ceil" should be "Upper Ceil (scalable)"

I´ve tested 4.2 release and all of these strings are incorrect.

They should be just like Milos stated.

Do we have to update against templates manually on Pootle, or will it
be done from command line (the safe way)?

Usually templates are added by Christian. This fix is on git. When
Christian update templates he tell us.
