I see that Azerbaijan language has only one project. Can I add another projects there and what should I do if I can? Now I cannot translate anything and I don't see the team lead.
P.S. I use pootle.

According to https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Language_Teams there is
no Azerbaijan team at all. If you would like to start one, please
register in this page and let us know. I can add projects for you, if
you would like to translate LibreOffice UI, help and/or websites.
