Base documentation recruits?

The Documentation Team needs people to help update the Base Handbook. Also
I think the German version has be re-released and some new parts need kinda
translating into English.

Joining the Documentation Team involves a registration process for the
ODFAuthors website and sometimes there is a shortage of people able to do
that for you so please bear with them if you join. Just joining their
mailing list is a good start
