Hi
I thought some people here might be interested to see that Chapter 3
of the Base Guide has been done. Possibly might need another set of
eyes just to check but i doubt there are even minor errors now.

If you have trouble reaching the document in ODFauthors then 2 main options
1. wait until it comes out on the wiki
2. join the Documentation Team's mailing list and they will set-up a
login for you
