Basic : How to throw an events ?

Hi,

I know how to catch Event from formula by exemple, but I would like to throw events myself with my code. I know also I've got the possibility to use patterns like observator but if I could throw event it will be nice ! Do you know an Uno service to use to throw events ?

The ling is interesting but i founded only exemples about events listeners, nothing about how to throw events ...
