Bug with embedded images in Writer

Dear, The Document Foundation !

I use LibreOffice everyday. And i really like it, but i found the bug with
embedded images when i used Writer. I published and described this problem,
test many hypothesis and so on, but nobody couldn't solve this problem.

Hi.
For me this bug was quite frequent a while ago, but when I went into

Load/Save>General and turned off (unchecked) "save auto recovery

information" I no longer had the problem. I have never enabled this again.
