Is this Portuguese? Please could someone forwards it to the Portuguese "User support" mailing list? (unless it's not Portuguese! )
I tried translating it with "Quick Translate" but in English it then didn't make much sense.
The Japanese one a few weeks ago was handled incredibly well. "Professional" or "paid-for" technical support is never anywhere near as good as that. We really only need to aim to be as good as professional support. Maybe a tiny bit better sometimes. Leaving it so far behind that it's only a tiny dot on the horizon is showing off!! ^_^ ;D
