Calc: chart sent to background, how to select it?

Dear all,
I sent a chart to the background in calc and now there’s no way to select it to bring it back to front. I tried to select it with the navigator but I don’t get to select it anyway (maybe I did something wrong).

Any help would be appreciated

You have to double-click the item in the navigator to select the chart.

Or you show the drawing toolbar, then click on the "select" tool (the arrow-icon leftmost) in that toolbar, and then click on the chart.
