Calc: Transpose fail

I have installed LibreOffice in ubuntu 10.10. When I want to transpose rows
or columns (paste special/transpose) the following message appears: "no se
puede insertar más allá de la página" (something like "cannot be inserted
beyond the page", I don't now how appears in english version). This happen
no matter what I do...

Appreciate any help

(Sorry for my english)

Could it be that you select more than 1024 rows?

It's OK

Hi
"Beyond print boundaries"? "Outside printable area"? If you change the page
set-up to be "landscape" instead of "portrait" does that fix it?

Hi Cor:

I tried even with only one empty cell and the same message appears. Maybe I
have to reinstall and see what happens

Thanks for answering

By the way, the version is LibreOffice 3.4

Hi Tom:

I just try your solution but occurs the same, even with one single empty
cell.

By the way, I just edit the post. The version I was using is LibreOffice 3.4

Thanks

Hi. Its a bug I think. I confirm it happens on my LO 3.4.0 but not on 3.3.2. May be file a bug report.

I just see it is reported:

(not a surprise, with such a clear bug)

Hi
You only need to write one email in the thread because everyone on the list gets
all the emails sent to the list. I think i would un-install LibreOffice and go
back to the 3.3.2.

Often you can just rename the user profile folder so that LO is forced to
generate a new one. That tends to give you the 'factory defaults' for almost
everything so it's a bit like a quick easy re-install. If you still have the
downloaded installer then you could try a proper reinstall of 3.4.0 but i would
go back to the 3.3.2 if that is easy enough.

Version is 3.4

Thanks

Hello. Yes, the bug exists and is fixed, but will apply in the next version
(3.4.1). Meanwhile I'll try with LO3.3.2.

Thank you all for your help

I just installed LO3.4.1 and the bug is fixed! XD

WoooHooo
Congrats
