Cannot download is terminology file (was: [The Document Foundation – Pootle server] skilaboð frá Samuel Jon Gunnarsson)

Hi,

can someone (rimas?) have a look at the pootle server? I'd guess, the file
needs to be flushed to disc.

I can take care about it this evening (now+6hrs)

Hi André,

No worries just check this issue when you guys get the chance since. I
was able to bypass the problem by converting the xliff file to po
locally on my machine.

it's weird, cause the default name of the built-in terminology file seems to be essential.po, but yours was named terminology-is.po. Did you upload your own file and delete the old one using Pootle interface? This behaviour of Pootle looks a big buggy to me, and if we could extract the steps to reproduce this bug, we could file it in Pootle's bug tracker.

I've initialized that file to reflect the current state of the database. You should be able to download it now.

the terminology-is.po is my streamlined version of essential.po plus some bits from my other sources. Since it worked inside of pootle (suggestions were shown) I left it like this.
Uploaded/deleted the files through Pootle.

Maybe we're supposed to keep the auto-generated terminology as essential.po and add supplementary terminology under other names? I doubt that because the auto-generated terminology always needs our edits and some cleaning to become usable.

AFAIK, essential.po is not autogenerated, but I may be wrong though...

Re naming, it should not be a problem in theory. Like I said, it looks like a glitch in Pootle, and should be dealt with appropriately.
