Changing email address - address is spam?

I need to change my subscription address to an email that is from my domain - I sent the subscription request and got the following

*bilbo2.documentfoundation.org rejected your message to the following email addresses:*

users+subscribe@global.libreoffice.org <mailto:users%2Bsubscribe@global.libreoffice.org>

*bilbo2.documentfoundation.org gave this error:
Reject, id=14317-02 - SPAM
