Collabora Office Write for iOS

Yesterday my wife and I both downloaded Collabora Office for iPad OS. She has an iPad mini 5 and I have a mini 6. We are both running OS version 15.3.1

When she edits a new or existing document she has a nice toolbar at the top of the page. When I edit a new or existing document all I have is minimal toolbar at the bottom of the page.

What do I need to do to get her sort of toolbar?
