Commit localized strings for LibO-3.3-rc3 release

Hi,

if it goes well, we are going to tag libreoffice-3-3 brach for
LibO-3.3-rc3 release on Monday, Jan 10 at about 13p.m. UTC.

Andras, could you please commit the current strings from the pootle
server on Sunday evening or Monday morning?

Hi,

I updated the files from Pootle. There were gsicheck error that I fixed in
SDF (not in PO this time). Translators of bg, br, eu, he, or, te and ug,
please check below and correct the errors in Pootle. I also updated
translation statistics [1].

Thanks for notifying, changed from WORD to CHAR
I hope now its working, also checked with msgfmt and it passed. (had to
remove some unnecessary strings from the end)

Hi,

In "eu", here is the problem:

Had to change WORD for CHAR.

I can only make suggestions, and there's nobody who can commit changes.
Maybe some admin could commit the change?

By the way, it would be great to be able to commit new translations, as
nobody else seems to be interested in contributing in LibO's eu translation.
