Hi,
this string:
#. 6zSpH
#: flddbpage.ui
msgid "Database s_election"
should be "Format" (Insert - Fields - Other - Database tab).
Thanks,

Hi,
you are referring to the second appearance of this string in the dialog
(there is same string above the right list, which does belong there).
"Format" is a bit vague, I would prefer a more descriptive "Data Format" or
"Display format" or something like that. But if that is what was there
before the Glade change, then we can just leave it like that.
BTW, I wanted to open help so I pressed Help button in that dialog - and
because of an already reported bug with 420RC1 wiki help opened - but the
help page for this tab does not exist on wiki (actually there is no help
page for any of this dialog's tabs). Maybe it does on the online (app
help), but I cannot open it on OSX with current RC build.

Yes, "Format" is the string used in 4.1. Other tabs have also "Format" labels, so I would keep this name.

I can confirm this strange behaviour - the offline help is opened as expected (no bug for Linux) and online help reports a missing page. (Previously, I found some broken links to help in dialogs, but offline help was missing too.)

I fixed this, thanks.

Wiki help hasn't been updated for LibreOffice 4.2 yet. It is not
automatic, someone has to do it manually.
Best regards,

Maybe you can also set a shortcut like _Format or ~Format?
Regards
No, it's a label.
