Crashing with version 5.4.1

I've just downloaded LO V5.4.1. I'm working on a document in Writer which
used illustrations created in LO Draw. Writer appears to work fine. I can
create, edit and save documents. Draw crashes as soon as I try and do
anything in it. The error message "Fatal Error, thread create failed" is
shown in the middle of the screen. I've tried downloading again and using
the repair option but nothing changes. Is anyone else experiencing this
and is there a known workaround/fix for this?

Well as 5.4.1 won't be spun for another 12 to 15 months, we'll assume you
meant 5.1.4, but the issue described has not been reported that I am aware
of.

My first suggestion would be to clear your user profile, and test again with
a rebuilt default.

Also, you might consider installing 5.2.0 rc3 as an alternative, but that
may be soon if you are uncomfortable with pre-release builds.
