CTL script list

Hello everyone! Thanks for your involvement!

I am currently in the final tests of a new spell-checker for the Maninka language using the N'ko script (see for instance en.wikipedia.org/wiki/N'Ko_alphabet).

Because this script is basically RTL (Right-to-left), this requires setting the Linguistic options for complex scripts (CTL).

This list default is Hindi (sounds reasonable to me) and lists many similar RTL alphabets like Arabic (various countries).
*Unfortunately it does not list N'ko, which is fr**ustrating!*

It's important this this is updated. N'ko is widekly used in Guinea and increasingly in West African countries.

How difficult is it to add N'ko to this list ? What does it require from me ?

Can I do it on my local computer for demos ?

Thanks for help!
