Hi Chingis,

I enabled LibreOffice 3.5 UI and Website projects for Kyrgyz. You are
the team leader. You can give rights to other team members in Pootle.
Depending on your progress, Kyrgyz language will be shipped with
LibreOffice 3.6 or later, however we have not started to translate
LibreOffice 3.6. Your LibreOffice 3.5 translation will be migrated
(not much have changed from 3.5 to 3.6).
