de_DE versions: issue with accelerator keys

Hi German team,

It seems there are some accelerators that have duplicates or have been
moved:

Anybody to check, comment, confirm?

In the process of solving double accelerators there were several changes
necessary to find unused accelerators.

So I changed the status to NOTABUG.
