Does moving of Help content affect translations?

Hi,

I've registered a user's request to move Help description of the COUNTBLANK and COUNTIF functions from mathematical to statistical functions - which is really reasonable since this move happened in UI [1].

Will this change of Help source affect the existing translations? If so, it is probably better to keep things as they are now; otherwise I'll make the change.
