Does "Open..." button of the initial screen need more room for localization

The localized string for "Open..." such as Chinese (traditional) used
more room than expectation, so the localized string is overlapped by
the black triangle.
I filed a bug some time ago. [1]

But I later use shorter translation (2 full-width characters instead
of 4 ones) to bypass the issue.

If there are no other translators bothered with this issue, we can
close this bug.
Any inputs?
