download problems

Hello
I am new with open source products, so I decide to try your product, as I
am fed up with microsoft.However I writing to let you know that I've tried
to download the software, but in the mid of 150 Mb it fails to download,
I've tried two times, and both times it failed. I am using windows 7 and
google browser to download the file.
let me know what is an issue and how to fix it if it's to do with my laptop

Where are you downloading from? You should only download from
www.libreoffice.org. If you go elsewhere, you may be charged for the
download and/or get a load of crapware.
