Hi,

When you say "unable to open"...the program crashes when you click on it? Or you can't find the program? Or something else?

A step by step run through might help us to diagnose the problem

Windows/Linux/Mac? If you could advise this then someone should be able to advise how to run from the command line which may throw up more information.
