Draw: Resizing vector drawing and text at the same time

LibreOffice 4.1.2.3I have a vector drawing with text (an electronic schematic) that I
    want to resize.If I select the whole drawing and then grab a
    corner handle, the drawing resizes but the text does not.Is there a way to get both to resize at the same time and remain a

Hi.
  I produce schematics the same way. Before I copy and paste into my document I Modify>Convert>to metafile.
I don't save the draw document after this conversion in case I want to edit the schematic in future.

More confusion !

In Example 4 (see Nabble post) some of the text (mostly on the left hand
side) scales correctly but some does not (mostly on the right hand side)

This does not solve the "Insert -Object -OLE Object -Create from file" issue, but I believe it gives me the work around I need !
