FAQ url

Hi,

I'm adding quite a bit of suggestion LibO3.3 template, and I found a
reference to "http://www.libreoffice.org/faq/.":
http://pootle.documentfoundation.org/eu/libo33/translate.html?unit=326412

Because of that final dot, I wanted to test the url.
The thing is that neither "http://www.libreoffice.org/faq/." nor "
http://www.libreoffice.org/faq/" existis.
"http://www.documentfoundation.org/faq/." and "
http://www.documentfoundation.org/faq/." do exist.

Getting a 404 error could be anoying for users.
I guess that any change from libreoffice.org/* to
documentfoundation.org/*should be made by pootle admins (not by
translators, I mean). I'm right,
yeah?
