For Ask maintainers: moderation queue and feedback page

Hi all,

This message is for Ask instance maintainers.
Some messages are in the moderation queue, if you could read those in
your language and take care of them, it would be great.

There is also a file to translate the strings on the Feedback page. I've
opened a Redmine issue to collect the translations here:
https://redmine.documentfoundation.org/issues/1399
The file is attached, please don't touch the syntax, it will be easier
to copy and past :slight_smile:
