format a column to clickable hyperlinks in a CSV file

I import a CSV-file, edit some of its fields and then store it back as
a CSV-file (not ODS!).

There are hyperlinks in it. It would be helpful for my workflow if they
would clickable. But I see no way to do this.

It is not needed to make this totaly automatic while importing.
I would "format" the column myself each time after importing an
CSV-file.

An extra helper column with '=HYPERLINK(field)' is not possible. I need
to store the CSV-files without extra/new columns.
