Gaps between UI and Help

Hi

The UI is undergoing some usability facelift but sadly, it leaves our
Help system outdated. Some Help translations refers to menus that are
not in the same place anymore.

Especially in Insert - Media, Insert - Image, etc...

e.g. in HC2

Choose <emph>Insert - Media - Image</emph>, select and insert a bitmap
image.

Does not seems to exist anywhere in the UI.

I guess that this refers to Draw and it was already reported here a while
ago (+- 1 week). It should be ...Insert - Image - ...
