getting started with libreoffice online

I cannot find anything usefull in the documentation to get started with
libreoffice online, there is more written there about other products.

First how do you create a new empty write document, test.odt? This is
totally useless online documentation[1], (seriously who is going to
download a 1GB docker image, to convert a txt file to a docx with it)

What is the url to view this empty document? this one does not work.
