GUI Tool to plan scatch an Impress presentation?

Hi!

I think, it is advisable to someone that, that first plane her/his
presentation on a paper, right?

Is there such a GUI Tool for this purpose?

I'm trying to use MindMap tool ( freemind, vym ) but I'm not satisfied with
it.

Any advices?
