Help to add Telugu extensions for spell check and hyphenation into Release

Hi,

I have tested Libreoffice 3.3 RC3 with latest Telugu localisation and found
it to be fine, though some more improvements are needed.
I need help to add Telugu spell checker dictionary extension
<http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/en/project/HunSpellDict-te_IN>andhyphenation
extension
<http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/en/project/hyph_te_IN>as part of
the standard Telugu package for Libreoffice.
