How to change font size of Menu & dialogs?

How can I change the font size of the LO menues and dialogs?

I was told that there is a "scaling" option in

Options-->LibreOffice--->View--->User Interface

But in Portable LibreOffice v5.3 there is not such option.

See attached snapshot.

So how else can I change the font size?
