How to get permissions to upload the translated po files?

Hi,
in the weblate site I'm able to translate strings and download them in
po format, but I don't seem to have permissions to upload the
translated files. Who do I ask for the permissions?

My user name is Tranzistors and the language is Latvian if that helps.

Are you in contact with Ingmārs Dīriņš already, he seems to be the
principal translator? If no, let me know, I'll get you both in contact.
