How to increase menu+dialog font size? Is scaling option abolished in v5.3?

I tried to increase the LO menu and dialog font size in v5.3.

I was told that there is a corresponding parameter in

Options--->LibreOffice--->View--->User interface

It seems to me that this was only the case in older versions.

Is this parameter abolished in v5.3?

What else can I do to increase menu & dialog font size?

I could not convince the UX-team, that such setting is needed. Perhaps you have some arguments? Please add them to the issue.

Only system wide in the settings of your operating system.
