How to Modify the Language Instructions and Translation Project Instructions

Dear all:Is there anyone know how to modify the Language Instructions and
      Translation Project Instructions on pootle? In the previous old
      pootle I was able to modify these instructions, however in the new
      version I do not find that link.If more permissions are needed to modify the instructions, would
      someone grant me the permissions forzh_CNChinese (China)? My pootle
      username is "suokunlong".Or if this feature is not supported anymore, would someone please
      help to delete all the instrucions for zh_CN? These instructions
      are quite old, which may cause confusion.Thanks in advance!--
